Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy for non-perishable items lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Non-perishable items include home goods like candles and candles, towels/cleaning supplies, or plant pots.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as succulents, cactus, houseplants, and flowers, cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if you experience problems like root rot, or harmful pests. We will discuss replacements on a one-off basis.

  • Gift cards
  • Plant Seeds
  • Chicken Eggs/ Garden Produce
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


All sales are final. Reach out to us if you need a refund and we will discuss your options. You have 15 days to report any issues with non-perishable goods such as plant pots, towels, or home goods to receive a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you have received notification that we will be refunding you and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


We only replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged. If your plant, flowers, or perishable good has root rot or a pest infestation, please reach out directly so we can remedy the situation. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the purchase, less sales tax and shipping.

Shipping and Return Info

Due to the nature of shipping plants, we cannot bear responsibility for plants once they leave our shop. While we try our best to package plants for any mishap, we are not liable for the treatment of the package during its transit to you. If there are issues, you will need to reach out to USPS- the carrier we use for all of our shipments. They can be reached at 1 (800) 275-8777.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
