Return any of our products–excluding live plants– within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us right away to avoid any confusion.


Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

We’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries within the United States, Mexico, and Canada.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions via e-mail 24/7/365. We will do our best to back to you within 1 business day.


Do you create custom projects?

We love to work with clients to create the perfect custom pieces. If you have an idea in mind or are starting from a blank canvas, we are happy to custom design anything… A table setting, a display piece for your living room, an outdoor display or even wedding favors. We have inventory and supplies to design just about anything and can acquire what is desired. Check out our Instagram for past projects we have completed.


Do the succulents come with a pot?

We ship our plants bare-root. There are several reasons why. 1. Cuts down on your shipping costs and the potential mess of sending soil in a box. 2. Reduces the chances of the plant rotting while being shipped.


How long does it take to receive my plants?

When an order is placed and processed we will send you tracking information. Most packages take 3-5 business days to mail.


How long will it take to process my order?

We pride ourselves in prompt order processing- most orders are processed the same day they are received. By processed, we mean order packed up and taken to the post office. If your order requires additional processing time, we will contact you right away.
