General Questions:

I’m local, can I pick up my order from you?

Of course! Let us know when works for you. We even offer contactless pick-up. If you are charged for shipping at checkout and wish to pick-up your order, please know we will issue you a full refund of the shipping fee. 

Do you deliver?

We do, to Vancouver, WA, and the surrounding areas. Please pay for shipping and we will deliver your plants to you. We do offer free local pick-up.

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns of plants, flowers or foods. You may return any defective non-living items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us right away to avoid any order confusion. View our Refunds and  Return page for more details.

Do you have customer service?

Enter, Adriane! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representative whom is available to answer your questions via e-mail, text, or in real life. We do our best to get back to your online inquires within 1 business day but sometimes take a bit longer. Contact us!

Do you create custom projects?

We love to work with clients to create the perfect custom pieces. If you have an idea in mind or are starting from a blank canvas, we are happy to custom design anything… A table setting, a display piece for your living room, an outdoor display, and even wedding favors. We have inventory and supplies to design just about anything and can acquire what is desired. Check out our Instagram for past projects we have completed.

Shipping Questions:

Do you ship over-seas and to P.O. boxes?

We’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Will my plant ship in a pot?

We ship most of our succulents bare root to keep them from holding too much moisture during shipping. Our houseplants are shipped in a pot in which the soil is secured for shipping. Any non-living merchandise is securely sent to you too.

How long does it take to receive my plants?

When an order is placed and processed we will send you tracking information. Most packages take 3-5 business days to mail.

How long will it take to process my order?

We pride ourselves in prompt order processing- with that, we are a small one-person run business… 

If the products are in-stock, local pick-up or deliveries are processed the same day they are received. 

If products are being shipped to you: we process online orders on the weekly basis. Please allow at least one week to receive your shipment tracking number. Need your order faster? Contact us to arrange expedited shipping.

Due to circumstances out of our control, some orders my take up to one week to process.
